Ii. Recruitment conditions and requirements
(1) Basic conditions
1.Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2.Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, have good ideological and moral character, have not been disciplined by the Party or government discipline, have no criminal record, have not violated the family planning policy and national laws and regulations;
3.Have the physical condition to perform the duties of the post, have good political quality and moral conduct;
4.Meet the job requirements;
5.The service life after entry is not less than 2 years。
(2) Job requirements
1.Full-time university degree or above, major in law, international trade, etc.
2.Fresh graduates in 2023 or previous graduates under the age of 30 (that is, born after September 27, 1993), especially outstanding graduates, the age can be appropriately relaxed;
3.Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating skills;
4.Strong written and oral expression skills, good communication skills and execution;
5.Have good organization and coordination ability, have certain experience in organizing activities;
6.Proficient in office software, proficient in computer document editing and production。
(3) The following persons shall not apply for employment
1.Persons who have been disciplined by the Party or government, or who are under review by relevant departments and have not yet reached a conclusion;
2.Persons who have been removed from public office;
3.Persons who participate in the recruitment of Shenzhen municipal organs and institutions and are identified as cheating in the examination within the restricted registration period;

3. Recruitment procedures
(1) Registration and qualification examination

3.Materials required for registration:
① Application Form (see Annex 2)。
(2) Valid resident ID card, household registration book, and 1 recent large-inch head-on color photo of myself;
③ Copies of graduation certificate, academic degree certificate and verification certificate;
Domestic academic qualifications can be verified through Xueccredit Network, China Degree and Graduate Education Information Network;Returnees who have studied abroad need to provide the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree issued by the Service Center of the Ministry of Education.。
④ The certificate of no criminal record issued by the public security department, if it cannot be provided during the qualification examination, you need to fill in the Commitment Letter of Proof of no criminal record (see annex), and promise to provide proof before entering the job, if it cannot be provided, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the entry。
⑤ Professional and technical qualification certificate or business qualification certificate (if the candidate has not obtained it, there is no need to provide it)。
⑥ Work contract or proof (no need to provide if the candidate has no work experience)。
⑦ Provide other certification materials that meet the requirements of the position。

4.Qualification review:Qualification examination shall be conducted at the same time. If the applicant passes the preliminary qualification examination, the time and place of the examination shall be notified separately。
(2) Examination
The test is an interview (100 points), the qualifying line is 60 points, the interview time and place will be announced。
(3) Physical examination and publicity
1.体检。Candidates go to the designated hospital of Shenzhen National Commercial Certification Center for physical examination by themselves, and the cost of physical examination is by the candidates themselves。The personnel who enter the physical examination without legitimate reasons do not attend the physical examination on time shall be disqualified from selection。The time of physical examination and the hospital for physical examination will be notified separately。
2.公示。After passing the medical examination, it is indeed determined to be the personnel to be hired, and the list of the personnel to be hired will be separately publicized by the Shenzhen National Commercial Certification Center, and the publicity period will be 5 working days。
3.递补。Under any of the following circumstances, candidates can be made up for physical examination and inspection according to the total score of the exam from high to low。
(1) failing the physical examination;
(2) candidates for physical examination give up physical examination;
(3) The applicant gives up the qualification for employment。
(4) Investigation
The personnel who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the recruitment unit in terms of their morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity。Qualified personnel are confirmed as candidates for appointment;Those who fail to pass the inspection shall be disqualified from employment。
(5) Entry
1.The person to be hired is publicized,The applicant has been complained that it does not meet the entry requirements and has been verified with solid evidence,Not to be hired;It is difficult to verify a complaint,Suspension of entry,Decide whether to join the company after verification and conclusion;There is no complaint, the complaint is false after investigation, or the complaint is true but does not affect the entry,And does not violate the relevant regulations on entry,The employment unit shall handle the entry procedures (those who do not obey the assignment will not be admitted)。
2.The personnel to be hired shall report to the unit within 10 working days after receiving the registration notice. Those who fail to report on time without valid reasons or without the approval of the employing unit despite valid reasons will be deemed to have given up the entry qualification。
(6) Personnel management and salary treatment
1.After the recruitment, a labor contract is signed, and the employing unit conducts daily management。
2.The probation period shall be determined according to the law for the personnel who have been shortlisted in this recruitment and have gone through the employment procedures。At the end of the probation period, the employee who has passed the assessment shall go through the formalities for regular transfer。Those who fail to pass the assessment during the probation period or find that they do not meet the qualifications of the recruitment post during the probation period shall go through the procedures for dismissal according to regulations。
3.The salary shall be implemented according to the post salary and performance standard of the certification center。

(1) Apply strictly according to the job requirements。If the personal conditions do not match the post requirements, the examination results will be invalid;Those who have been identified as malicious applicants who have provided false information to register for the examination, repeatedly abandoned the examination or abandoned the examination, instigating or inciting others to maliciously register for the examination or abandoned the examination to disrupt the selection order and other violations of discipline and regulations, shall cancel the examination scores;If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law。
(2) The contents of this announcement and related tips do not mean that Shenzhen National Commercial Certification Center will establish a direct legal relationship with the applicant, and the labor relationship between the applicant and the certification center shall be subject to the relevant agreement signed in the end。
